Getting Started

To begin testing, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the link we provided from either your desktop or mobile browser

  2. Click “Sign In with Google” (more options in the future, but only Google is available at this point in time) to gain access

  3. We linked you directly to the tutorial category, and would like it to be your first session - it’s designed to teach you how to use the tool, and answer any questions you might have - find “Start New Story” at the bottom to get going

  4. Review the settings (especially Access Control, which lets you create either private or public recordings) and click “Get Started” proceed

  5. Allow access to your camera/microphone (audio is required for the experience to function properly, video is optional) - review the disclosure, and proceed if you agree

  6. Read (or listen to) the first AI response in the Transcript, and record your answer by pressing the “REC” button - press “REC” again when you’re done talking - there will be a delay, but you’ll start to see your transcribed audio and sound clips appear

  7. “FWD” sends your answer to AI, and a followup response will appear after a short delay

  8. Repeat steps 6 & 7 as long as you’d like, or until AI concludes your interview - use the “Leave” button at the top to end the session

  9. You did it! From here you can playback/download a compiled version of your answers (audio only right now), review the transcript, or jump back in to continue a session

  10. You can explore all existing prompt variations and experiments via “Browse” from the top nav - capture some stories of your own, or listen to any that are marked as public - some recommended sessions to try:
